We greatly appreciate and require a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise full payment is applied to the credit card on file, the gift certificate being used or via a mailed invoice.
For new clients, payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds will not be provided for no shows or cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment start time. There are no exceptions to this policy.
You can cancel use the "Cancel" button within your Confirmation or Reminder email. This link does not allow appointment cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment time.

All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time. Clients who arrive late for their appointment will be charged the full session price and will not receive a time extension.
Clients are responsible for notifying Body + Breath if they are running late or unable to make their appointment. Omitting to communicate or show within 15 minutes of appointment start time, the session is considered a No Call, No Show and will be cancelled and charged in full for the missed service.
Not informing Body + Breath of missing the appointment is grounds for immediate termination of any future appointments.

According to Vermont law, gift certificates are valid for 5 years from the date of issuance. Gift certificates that are more than one year old will be redeemed for the original dollar value and may be subject to a price increase.

We are located within the Wholistic Wellness Center at 160 Wall Street, Springfield, VT. Upon entering the front door, please take a seat in the waiting room. We are the room in the back right corner off the waiting room.
Our studio space is located inside The Wholistic Wellness Center (WWC), however our business (Body + Breath) is its own operation.
WWC does not manage the businesses or clients within its walls. Each of the rooms inside WWC are individual wellness businesses and operate with their own contact information, schedules, pricing, offerings, policies, etc.
What does that mean? To contact Body + Breath or any other business inside WWC, you must reach out to that specific business. WWC does not have a front desk, however there is a directory and business cards when you first walk in.
Everyone there is willing and able to help, so if you see a smiling face ask if you need assistance...you're in good hands.
The Wholistic Wellness Center is an amazing resource for the greater Springfield community. The mastermind behind its origination is Cindy Aldrich. With almost 40 years in her field, Cindy is the local Physical Therapist (her room is straight through the front door down the hallway).

There is LOTS of parking at our location. You can park out front (directly off Wall Street), along the side of the building (off Hartness Ave), or in the dirt parking lot behind the building.
Yes! There is ample amounts of parking and an accessible ramp at the front entrance.
